Endomom-Cal Tablet

Endomom-Cal Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiency. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb/get enough nutrients from food. Endomom-Cal Tablet may be used in the management of hypocalcaemia in patients undergoing dialysis, post-menopausal osteoporosis, low calcium levels in hypoparathyroidism, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, renal tubular osteocalcaemia, vitamin D dependant rickets, hypocalcaemia and hypomagnesaemia.

Endomom-Cal Tablet is a combination of four supplements: Calcium carbonate, cholecalciferol, magnesium hydroxide and zinc. Calcium carbonate makes the bones stronger by increasing their density. It helps in treating and preventing low calcium levels. Cholecalciferol is a form of vitamin D which helps in the absorption of calcium. Magnesium hydroxide aids in the absorption of calcium by converting vitamin D into its active form. Zinc is necessary for bone-building cells, normal growth, and tissue repair. Together, Endomom-Cal Tablet helps in strengthening of bones.

You are advised to take Endomom-Cal Tablet for as long as your doctor has recommended it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach upset, constipation, muscle weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
